Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying their business needs and designing services that deliver real impact.
- Collaborate with the software sales team to position the value of Doxis’ implementation services and methodology.
- Create detailed service proposals, including scoping, timelines, effort estimation, SOW creation and pricing — always with a clear focus on delivering measurable business value for the customer.
- This is a quota carrying role and the individual will be responsible for running their own annual and quarterly service revenue forecasts.
- Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations, including C-level conversations.
- Ensure consistent communication and a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our services portfolio, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support strategic deals, industry events, and regional sales initiatives in close alignment with leadership, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in software services, consulting, or solution sales — ideally in ECM, ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise platforms (ECM experience would be a big )
- Strong background in scoping and selling complex Enterprise level professional services engagements.
- Annual quota carrying experience of more than €4M is a must and demonstratable understanding Service Sales engagements
- Business value led approach to shaping and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with C-level executives and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Solid understanding of business processes and solution architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 50%) and to work independently from a home office.
