What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently.
- Set up and stock your station before each shift.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Work as a team to keep ticket times low and quality high.
- Help with prep work, restocking, and closing duties.
- Maintain a positive attitude during busy service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen or line cook experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
