Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Phone Repair Technician role based in Canton, OH. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing smartphones of various brands, troubleshooting technical issues, providing maintenance services, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for all repair work. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and assisting with inquiries regarding device functionality and usage.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Appliance Repair
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues with devices
