Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Farmers Market Manager located in San Luis Obispo, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Farmers Market Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the weekly Farmers’ Market. This includes vendor recruitment and management, event logistics, and compliance with local regulations. Additional responsibilities include promoting the market to the community, managing budgets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain the market's success and relevance.
Qualifications
- Event planning, organization, and logistics skills to successfully manage weekly market activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills for working with staff, vendors, and volunteers.
