Formal Menswear Manager
We are seeking a customer-focused Formal Menswear Manager to lead our formalwear department, drive sales, and provide an exceptional experience for customers and wedding parties. The ideal candidate has a passion for menswear, strong sales and service skills, and an eye for style and detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized formalwear consultations, recommendations, measurements, and fittings.
- Drive department sales through excellent customer service, relationship building, and upselling.
- Manage tuxedo orders, inventory, shipping, receiving, and department organization.
- Follow up with customers and wedding parties regarding measurements, fittings, orders, and payments.
- Train and support staff on menswear, fitting, sales, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the bridal team to create a seamless experience for couples and their wedding parties.
- Maintain displays and mannequins to reflect current styles and trends.
- Stay knowledgeable about suits, tuxedos, accessories, colors, and current formalwear trends.
- Participate in team meetings and work with the social media team to promote the department.
Qualifications
- Experience in formalwear, menswear, bridal, retail, or a related customer-service environment preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of style.
- Comfortable taking measurements and conducting fittings.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
