As a member of the Guest Services team your role is to help ensure all guests have a positive experience by helping to maintain safety, security, and consistency throughout all events. We are hiring for Ticket Takers and Guest Service Ushers,
- Utilize hand held ticket scanner to process patron entry
- Assist guests in finding assigned seating/suites, concessions, restrooms, etc.
- Facilitate positive guest experience by enforcing house policies:
- Stop and Wait for the Whistle
- Standing behind the line on concourse
- No alcohol leaves the building.
- Work to ensure a positive environment for all by staying aware of surroundings and identifying potential issues. Directs security to identify and resolve those issues when they arise.
- Assist guests with accessible seating when needed.
- Always maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
- HAVE FUN!
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred: retail, hospitality, or events.
- Must commit to working 60% of the published/ticketed events each month.
- Must be willing to engage with patrons: this includes but is not limited to speaking with them, eye contact, smiling.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally assist with set up/tear down pre and post event.
- Other duties as required.
