Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and/or motivated House Painters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and restoration work to ensure smooth finishes.
- Execute specialized painting tasks such as industrial painting or masonry coatings on various surfaces.
- Install fixtures, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and perform renovation or remodeling projects with precision.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects.
- Skilled in or experienced in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders and equipment such as airless spray guns.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate hues for different spaces.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and experience working on renovation or remodeling projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; basic math skills are essential for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with plastering, drywall finishing is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
