Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role based in Orlando, FL. As a Crew Member, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces by performing tasks such as landscaping, lawn care, irrigation maintenance, equipment operation, and site clean-up. You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality results on every project.
Qualifications
- Skills in landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, and trimming
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic maintenance techniques
- Basic equipment operation and tools handling
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical capability to perform outdoor, labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions
