As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with our revenue management and operations teams to ensure contract compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze expenses and cost transactions to ensure accurate allocation against service contracts and locations
- Perform variance analyses between actual and contract costs to assist the leadership team in operational decision making
- Review, compile, and effectively summarize financial reporting to distribute to the operations, finance and leadership teams
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to conduct market research to recommend changes to pricing models
- Support the revenue team with budget development and the auditing of financial transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance is highly desirable
- Must have strong experience with MS Excel
- Ability to interface with all levels of organization effectively
- Landscape, construction, or manufacturing industry experience are a plus
- Acumatica experience preferred
