We are seeking a Concession Stand Worker to join our team at Down The Shore Ice Cream. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the concession stand during events.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers
- Operate credit card payments and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the concession stand before and after events
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
**Skills:**
- Ability to sanitate work areas and equipment
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing items and calculating change
- Experience in food service or handling food items
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently
