ALL POSITIONS are interchangeable; each team member may work a variety of positions as required for the operation of catering, special events, lemonade carts, food booths, kitchen preparation, warehouse inventory control and janitorial operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up/break down workstations
- Prepare food/cook service ingredients
- Operate fryers, grills and ovens
- Move product among workstations and warehouse
- Janitorial tasks
- Use of computer Point of Sale, cashiering
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Must be able to work with pork and shellfish
- Possess basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Listen and communicate English effectively
- Work in a fast paced, high volume location
- 18 years of age and older
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
