Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions for route driving and deliveries
- Deliver products to customers’ locations promptly while maintaining professional customer service standards
- Assist with moving heavy items and performing manual lifting tasks as required during warehouse activities and deliveries
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols related to driving, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving and route driving is highly desirable
- Ability to operate a box truck or similar vehicle with manual transmission confidently
- Experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving items, and long periods of standing or walking
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting, and warehouse activities
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail
