Desired Qualifications
- 5 years handling high-profile customer complaints
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Prior experience in project coordination or support roles preferred
- Strong skills in:
- Organization and attention to detail
- Communication and multitasking
- Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Ability to meet deadlines and regulatory service levels
- Must be local to Atlanta and able to work onsite 4 days/week
Job Summary
- Investigate and resolve escalated commercial and residential customer issues
- Manage formal complaint processes and regulatory compliance
- Perform root cause analysis to improve service
- Handle offline responsibilities and cross-train in other department functions
- Work across multiple communication channels in a high-volume setting
