Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the Assessment and Referral Services (ARC) department, focusing on hiring, training, and professional development of team members.
- Ensure departmental effectiveness through adequate staffing, smooth admissions processes, and strong internal and external relationships.
- Act as substitute for the Assessment and Referral Services Director as needed.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the ARC department and improve patient experience.
- Manage intake calls and conduct clinical assessments, documenting essential information and maintaining accurate records in electronic systems.
- Masters in Social Worker or related field or Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
- Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LSCW, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working in a hospital setting, including assessing and processing patient admissions
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting
