Escrow Tax Specialist
Full time; Non-Exempt; 37.5 hours/week; overtime as required.

General Description:
As an Escrow Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of daily tax exception reporting to correct next tax due dates and bucket amounts. You will be responsible for the timely processing of refunds daily; this will require great attention to detail to ensure that funds are deposited to the correct accounts. Provide oversight of service release loans, running reports and providing quality control validation. The processing of escrow projections for escrow addition requests. You will be required to follow departmental, and company related escrow guidelines as well as RESPA regulations and standards. You will ensure your personal task assignments are completed timely and accurately.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Update tax lines set up incorrectly
- Review and/or correct issues from Escrow Analysis
- Create and monitor Escrow Addition requests and prepare projections
- Completed tasks from Loss Mitigation and Construction roll over requests
- Process partial release documentation
- Process tax refund checks and wires
- Complete daily reports: Tax Control and Pre-TAR
- Track service release loans for service transfers
- Process incoming tax mail
Department Specific/Additional Duties:

Required Qualifications:
- 1-year previous loan servicing experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Goal-oriented and results driven
- Team player
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of MSP/LPS desired
Preferred/Other Qualifications:
- GED/ High School graduate
- College is a plus
