Schedule Details
- Flexible scheduling available
- Evening shift available on Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and every other weekend
- Every other weekend AM shifts available
- Casual and on-call opportunities available
- Casual requirement: 16 hours per month, including 8 weekend hours
As a resident assistant (caregiver) in our assisted living residence, you will:
- assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision
- provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
- make a difference in people's lives
On-the-job, paid training to become a caregiver (resident assistant) includes:
- standard precautions
- medication administration and management
- CBRF fire safety
- first aide and choking
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years of age
- desire to help those in need of assistance
- ability to work every other weekend and holiday
