Do you have a good working knowledge of and the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction? As The Maintenance Director, You Will

• oversee maintenance services for the campus
• conduct routine tests and inspections
• maintain facility's fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans
• manage the preventative maintenance program
• oversee and assist with painting and repairs
• coordinate groundskeeping
• lead and direct maintenance personnel
  
  

Required Qualifications

• applicants must be 18 years of age
• high school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma or 5 years of related experience
• possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• ability to read and interpret blueprints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
• ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
