Shift Schedule
- full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- day shift options include 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm
- includes every other weekend and every other holiday
- clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, stairwells, and business office areas
- perform daily physical cleaning tasks including mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal
- move furniture as needed to clean thoroughly
- push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment throughout the shift
- restock paper products and cleaning supplies
- ensure assigned areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and well maintained at all times
This is a physically demanding role in a healthcare environment. Candidates must be able to:
- stand and walk most of the shift
- frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and kneel
- lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 20–35 pounds occasionally
- push and pull equipment and carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform repetitive motions such as mopping, scrubbing, and wiping surfaces
- work at a steady pace to complete assigned areas each shift
- applicants must be 16 years of age
- ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
