As The Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON), You Will
- supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
- oversee infection prevention
- complete wound care
- provide staff education
- conduct internal audits
- ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
- participate in an on-call rotation
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- wound care certification is preferred
