What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and with a smile.
- Check back with tables to ensure satisfaction and refill drinks.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and condiment stations.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for busy shifts.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Previous serving experience (especially breakfast/brunch) is a huge plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak hours (weekends are busy!).
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality.
- Must be reliable and available to work weekends.
