About The Role
Servers play the most influential role in shaping the guest experience. You will be the primary point of connection between LoLa 41 and our guests — ensuring every interaction is polished, welcoming, and memorable. The Server is responsible for delivering elevated service with enthusiasm, deep menu knowledge, and a constant presence on the dining floor. You’ll anticipate guest needs, create meaningful moments, and ensure total satisfaction throughout their visit.
What You’ll Do
Deliver professional, attentive, and energetic hospitality
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and menu offerings
Guide guests through the dining experience with enthusiasm and confidence
Maintain constant visibility on the floor to anticipate guest needs
Ensure accurate order-taking and polished service execution
Create a welcoming and relaxed environment at every table
Maintain a clean and organized section and support team members
Uphold all health and safety standards
Help create a positive, fast-paced, and guest-first work culture
Requirements
Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays — required
Positive, friendly, and engaging personality
Ability to stand and walk for 6–10 hour shifts
Must be team-focused, dependable, and service-driven
Passion for hospitality and guest experience is a must
