Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Work with and coordinate with other sub-contractors.
- Read blueprints, produce material and material take-offs.
- Provide management with estimated labor hours for specific projects.
- Install materials and equipment per plans and specifications.
- Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer’s installation manuals.
- Ensure projects are installed properly, successfully pass all required inspections and are completed within proper time frame.
- Ensure all projects are completed within proper the time frame.
- Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained.
- Mentor and coach helpers.
Qualifications:
Driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening check
- 5 years HVAC Lead Installer experience, crew and install management
- Travel with overnight stays is required
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and exceptional people skills
Salary : $58,500 - $70,000
