✔ Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Supervise and work directly with a helper to complete jobs efficiently
- Read blueprints, layout duct systems, and ensure proper system design and airflow
- Install split systems, package units, mini-splits, and related components
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-site decisions
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
