Speech Language Pathologist (K-12) - Douglas ESD  Douglas ESD is accepting applications for a Speech Language Pathologist (K-12).  This position serves the schools of Douglas County, and the location of this position is subject to change. 190 days per year, 5 days per week, to begin in the 2026-27 school year. Full job description is attached in Applicant Tracking. Analyzes the effectiveness, appropriateness, and usefulness of strategies and practices used with students, parents, and staff. Participates as a member of a team (IEP/IFSP, Placement, etc.) and assumes appropriate roles; leads, follows, and supports others in a productive manner. Assesses students' levels of functioning and their therapy needs. Participates in development of IEP/IFSP for each eligible student. Designs, implements, and supervises delivery of instructional programs to meet IEP/IFSP goals. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Requires a valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology prior to the first day of employment, OR a Teachers Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license that has an endorsement for either communication disorders or speech impairment.
