Assistant Bookkeeper - Full time
Our Accounting Team is seeking a motivated and team-oriented person to help us support our growing operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team.
Reports to the Accounting Manager in a supportive/administrative role.
Candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the accounting department, which includes accounts payable data entry, accounts receivable data entry, collections, and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. QuickBooks or Sage experience is preferred.
Candidate must have good computer skills, with experience using accounting software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Job position opened to be filled quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
