Job Description

- Constant lifting five (5) to twenty (20) pounds
- Frequent lifting twenty (20) to fifty (50) pounds
- Frequent lifting over fifty (50) pounds
- Constant bending, squatting, standing, reaching, sitting, walking, climbing, kneeling, crawling, stooping, repetitive motions
- Frequent overhead work
Position Specific Information (if Applicable):
- Repair and upkeep of all potable water supply and distribution pipes and piping; all fixtures and traps; all drainage and vent pipes; all water conditioning appliances connected to the potable water system; all building drains, including their respective joints and connections, devices, receptacles and appurtenances.
- Unplug toilet, sink, floor drains, roof drains, lavatory and main sewer lines.
- Install, inspect and/or repair plumbing systems, fixtures and/or hardware for all district buildings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Ensure applicable plumbing codes and regulatory requirements are met.
- Winterize facilities (i.e. stadiums)
- Provide labor and material estimates related to plumbing for small remodel projects.
- Assist other trades, i.e. exterior operation and roofing with piping and repair issues.
