What you will do:
Conduct post-installation and post-service inspections for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing jobs
Review incoming requests for warranty parts or approved quote-based part orders
Verify warranty coverage eligibility through manufacturer systems or documentation
Process part orders based on approved quotes or confirmed warranty status
Vendor & Distributor Coordination
Contact local HVAC distributors to confirm parts availability and expected lead times
Maintain clear documentation of supplier communications and timelines
Scheduling & Internal Coordination
Communicate with dispatch to determine estimated installation timelines
Coordinate scheduling of part installations with appropriate technicians and departments
Parts Tracking & Documentation
Warranty Returns & Credits
Complete warranty return forms for all applicable parts
Who you are:
- 1 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services (multi-trade
Previous experience in HVAC, parts coordination, warranty processing, or administrative support preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with distributors or vendors is a plus
