- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Desk and structure deals while maximizing every opportunity.
- Work alongside Finance to create a fast, transparent buying experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals.
- Drive accountability, follow-up, and daily sales performance.
- Create an environment where both customers and employees enjoy doing business.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
- Proven history of driving sales performance and developing people.
- Strong desking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Competitive, energetic, and passionate about winning as a team.
