Doug's Mazda is looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who thrives working internet customers.
This is not a BDC position. We're looking for someone who knows how to build value, set appointments, earn trust, and sell vehicles from the first online inquiry through delivery.

What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is required
- Proven success working internet leads
- Strong phone, text, email, and video communication skills
- Ability to create urgency, build value, and convert inquiries into appointments and deliveries
- Organized follow-up and CRM discipline
