Hotel Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, handling front desk responsibilities, and performing night audit tasks. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Operate multi-line phone systems and handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
• Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced guest relations.
• Strong background in customer service, with an emphasis on guest services and front desk operations.
• Experience working with resort environments is a plus.
