As the Starbucks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, maintaining Starbucks brand standards, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. You will lead from the front, setting the tone for the team while creating an environment that is welcoming, energetic, and focused on excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the daily operation of the Starbucks café.

Coach, train, and develop baristas to ensure exceptional guest service and product quality.

Maintain Starbucks standards for beverage preparation, food presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and operational planning.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Address guest concerns professionally and effectively.

Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and teamwork.

Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.

Monitor labor and operational efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications

Previous Starbucks, coffee shop, hospitality, food service, or retail experience preferred.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
