The Front Office Manager is a management position responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel. This role partners with Front Office staff to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and a positive work environment.
This position provides hands-on leadership during peak arrival and departure periods and serves as a resource for front desk colleagues while developing foundational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the Front Desk, Guest Services, and related front office functions.
- Lead by example in delivering professional, efficient, and personalized guest service aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in managing high-volume check-in and check-out periods, including group and convention transitions.
- Respond to guest concerns and support service recovery efforts to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure room readiness and seamless service delivery.
- Assist with daily staffing coordination based on occupancy and business levels.
- Support adherence to front office procedures, including cash handling and internal controls.
- Provide coaching and real-time feedback to front office colleagues.
- Participate in training, onboarding, and leadership development activities.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Day to day accounting and communication with vendors to ensure invoices are up to date.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
