Experience
-
2 years in hotel event management, conference services, or meeting planning
-
Experience with Delphi (or similar system)
-
PMS experience (OnQ or equivalent)
Skills & Know-How

Highly organized with strong time management

Ability to juggle multiple events without losing quality

Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
-
Strong understanding of contracts, event logistics, and AV
-
Detail-oriented problem solver
-
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Delphi, OnQ, Cvent)
