What You’ll Do

🔥 Drive Revenue & Growth

• Prospect, negotiate, and close new and repeat catering business
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maximize banquet space utilization for optimal revenue

🎯 Own the Client Experience

• Plan, detail, and execute events from start to finish
• Customize proposals, menus, and event setups
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and repeat business

🤝 Build Powerful Relationships

• Develop strong connections with clients, vendors, and the local community
• Conduct site tours and outside sales calls
• Represent the hotel at networking events and bridal shows

📊 Strategize & Execute

• Understand market trends and competitor positioning
• Use creative selling techniques to win business
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to deliver excellence

What Makes You a Great Fit

✔️ 2 years of hotel catering or related sales experience
✔️ Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
✔️ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✔️ Knowledge of food & beverage, banquet operations, and event planning
✔️ Experience with systems like Delphi (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple events at once
