Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing personalized solutions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest calls, reservations, and internal communications.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Support guest relations by providing local information, hotel amenities details, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during overnight hours.

- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit duties.
