AM/PM Restaurant Supervisor

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AMPM Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our day to day restaurant evening operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a strong food and beverage background, possess strong leadership skills, and an innovated mindset to reflect current and popular market trends.

**Responsibilities:** -

--Manage day-to-day Restaurant operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality customer service

-Train and supervise bar staff on proper techniques, recipes, and customer service standards

-Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability while maintaining Hilton standards

-Create and update cocktail menus based on trends, seasons, and inventory

-Work with BOH staff on menu updates

-Update micros computer system to reflect accurate pricing

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant & bar

- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

-Assist Food and Beverage Manager with monthly Alcohol inventory (taking counts, spreadsheet recording)

-Upholds opening and closing side work with AM/PM Staff.

-Assist server and Bartender on day to day operations from open to close. This ranges from waiting on tables, drink creation, bar stock, break rotation,etc.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting or hospitality management is a requirement.

- Proficiency in inventory control, food handling, and food production

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Knowledge of day-to-day night restaurant operations with the ability to be adaptable.

- Familiarity with POS systems for daily food orders

- Knowlege of cocktail creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
