About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable daytime caregivers to support seniors in Lansing and nearby communities. Applicants must be available during the daytime window of 6 AM to 6 PM (final schedules may vary within those hours). Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time shifts.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and support with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Offer safety, comfort, and independence for seniors at home
- Communicate regularly with office staff about client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work daytime shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
