Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This position is responsible for leading electrical crews, coordinating daily job site activities, and ensuring projects are on time and up to code. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
7 Years experience as a Foreman/Electrical Mechanic
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
Supervise and coordinate electricians and apprentices on job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
Schedule and assign daily tasks to crew members.
Manage and order material.
Ability to use electrical and hand tools.
Job site organization.
Maintain quality workmanship and ensure project stays on schedule.
Minimum of OSHA site safety training 40-hour course (Osha 30 & SST 10)
Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and NEC CODE, as well as state and local code.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Clean/Valid Driver License
