Con- Aggregates Recycling is looking for a yard foreman to oversee the operations. Daily operations are material being dumped, screened and processed. S
* Someone with experience with aggregates, heavy equipment and concrete recycling operation is what we are looking for
Position Overview:
The Foreman will have to communicate with crew members on what the plan is for the day and plan for the following day. They will have to communicate with upper management on work flow, product availability and any issues that occur.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a recycling yard preferred
· Heavy equipment experience preferred
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
· Knowledge of recycling, aggregates, or construction industry preferred
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Commitment to workplace safety
