Double K Enterprises is looking for a dependable, experienced Foreman to join our team!
We specialize in post-frame construction and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to get the job done right.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a construction crew on post-frame building projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction specifications.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitor project progress and keep jobs on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with management, crew members, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Lead by example and help train and develop crew members.
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and find practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required; foreman or crew-lead experience preferred.
- Experience with post-frame construction is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically
- demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to jobsites as needed.
