About Double E GroupDouble E Group designs and manufactures world-class web handling, material handling, and converting solutions used by paper, tissue, film, and foil converters worldwide.Role FocusBe the hands-on expert who builds, verifies, and supports our equipment—both on the production floor and in the field.You WillAssemble equipment following routings, work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.Conduct testing and evaluation of assemblies; document results prior to shipment.Diagnose and resolve issues on installed products via phone, computer-based support, and on-site visits.Deliver training to customer teams covering operation and preventive maintenance.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.Travel approximately 10–15% overnight to commission machines, perform maintenance, and provide training at customer facilities.Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.TravelExpect about 10–15% travel, including domestic overnight trips. Prior international service support experience is considered a plus.
