Qualifications:-
Do you have what it takes? Although we don’t require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including:
- A genuine desire to help children with autism and their families achieve goals.
- A steady supply of compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
- Strong curiosity and a desire to learn about autism and ABA.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with autistic kids (preferred, not required)
- Willing to travel to home-based sessions
Who You Are:-
- Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids
- Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them
- Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift.
Responsibilities:-
- Behavior technician will support and implement patient care plans
- Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 Behavioral intervention programs in the home-based setting.
- Develop rapport, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the family members involved with the client’s treatment
- Behavior Technician will collect Behavioral data
