Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for an Event Specialist. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing events, developing and executing event marketing strategies, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales teams to align goals and drive results. The role involves constant communication with clients, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing, with a proven ability to organize and promote successful events
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Sales to collaborate effectively with sales teams on event-related activities
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with logistics or the transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field is preferred
