Double A Home Services is hiring driven, outgoing individuals for an Outside Sales Representative role. This is a door-to-door sales position where you will generate new customers, inspect properties, and close deals for pest control services.

What You’ll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door sales
- Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Present and close sales on the spot
- Build rapport with homeowners and deliver excellent customer service
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and handling rejection
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we train)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
