You will be responsible for generating new customers, identifying pest issues, and providing effective service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking
- Conduct property inspections to identify pest problems
- Educate customers on pest control services and treatment plans
- Present and close sales confidently and professionally
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (door-to-door is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
