What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeping 3 position at Dottys?
Hotel Housekeeping 3 is responsible for obtaining the list of rooms and inspecting the rooms to ensure they are clean and up to company standard. The Hotel Housekeeping 3 reports to the Hotel Assistant Manager/Manager.
Obtains daily list for room inspections and follows through. with inspecting all rooms assigned.
Uses inspection checklist for each room assigned.
Thoroughly inspects all rooms assigned for cleanliness and functionality.
Reports any noticeable maintenance/safety issues immediately to status clerk(s).
Upon completion of daily room inspections, report status change to status clerk(s).
Reports any issues/problems/items of note to the status clerk(s).
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
At least one year of work experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Must be able to understand and speak English.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to bend and lift up 35 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs., as needed.
Manual dexterity.
Work may be required in confined area.
Ability to be flexible with hours.
Good customer service skills.
Must be able to maneuver in Hotel areas, up and down stairs and teach above shoulder level.
