Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately
• Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and battery checks using hand tools and power tools
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing basic vehicle concerns with professionalism
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostic procedures and mechanical repairs as needed
• Lift heavy tires, batteries, and other automotive parts safely while adhering to safety protocols

Experience

• Dealership experience or automotive service background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Mechanical knowledge related to standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and basic repairs is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques is beneficial
• Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or tire service can help accelerate your growth in this role
• Customer service experience is advantageous as you'll interact directly with customers to support their vehicle needs
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically active environment is essential
