Duties

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly
• Conduct data entry accurately into customer management systems while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests or gather feedback
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests for future reference
• Strong communication skills to promote products or services when appropriate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
• Excellent English language skills with clear writing and verbal communication abilities
• Extensive customer support experience with a focus on client services excellence
• Technical proficiency in using computer systems, data entry tools, and CRM software
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving aptitude to address customer concerns swiftly and professionally
