What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals by gathering customer information and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
- Maintain and update systems, ensuring customer records, notes, and schedules are accurate and complete.
- Assist with managing backlogs, voicemail follow-ups, and online inquiries to support overall workflow.
- Support overall team efficiency by helping organizer workload and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in dispatch or field service management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
