Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our team! The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team by managing incoming customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between customers and internal teams.  The Sales Coordinator focuses on organization, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals by gathering customer information and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
  • Maintain and update systems, ensuring customer records, notes, and schedules are accurate and complete.
  • Assist with managing backlogs, voicemail follow-ups, and online inquiries to support overall workflow.
  • Support overall team efficiency by helping organizer workload and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service terminology is preferred.
  • Proficiency in dispatch or field service management software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
