Industrial Painter Powder Coat

Dose Steelworks, a family-owned company, is looking to hire a Powder Coat Paint Operator. Base schedule is M-Th 6-4:30pm.

Requirements:

• The primary functions of this job include operating an automated/manual powder coat paint system and by working with automated paint equipment, blast equipment and oven. Experience working with power finish equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, paint production lists and load the paint line with appropriate parts.
• Ability to set up the paint guns and system to obtain the proper paint coverage on parts.
• Proficiency in paint equipment programming and setting up new recipes will be required.
• Ability to work in a high paced, team centered environment.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to lift 75lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to work in an environment that can include but not limited to dust, elevated noise, and uncontrolled temperatures.
• Ability to pass a respirator test.
• Preemployment drug screening required.

Pay rate is based on experience.
